We had a problem with our Nintendo Switch not charging; needless to say, the kids were not going to tolerate this situation for long. We posted our project on Yelp, and Wolfie was quick to respond. After we dropped off our Switch, she did some quick diagnostic work, realized that the issue was something that would be better handled by another company, contacted us to explain the situation, and then actually delivered the Switch to said other company to repair. Frankly, this level of customer service was definitely above and beyond our expectations. We'd most certainly go back to Wolfie with any tech repairs we might encounter in the future.

Reached out to Wolfie after my HP Omen took a dirt nap out of the blue. Had already reached out to another local company that suggested I simply buy a new computer. I knew I wouldn't be doing that so after texting Wolfie, she reached out and called to have me give a bit more info, the call was pleasant, informative, and a total trip when I heard Wolfie say she could save me from buying another machine. The entire process from beginning to end was 3-4 days (with my case being a unique one requiring an attempt at data recovery), but there was always great communication and reassurance. Wolfie is now my go-to computer wizard and I thank her from the bottom of my heart!

Friendly, efficient service. They couldn't fix my issue due to a limitation in Windows, but suggested an alternate operating system as an option. Didn't charge me since they couldn't fix it even though they spent some time figuring out what was wrong and then researching a fix.

Needed a new screen for my laptop, ordered it and took it over to Cyberdragon to install. Ended up being the incorrect screen based on my computer serial # specs (Lenovo's mix up) Wolfie was super great and researched exactly what happened and helped me to get the correct specs to order a new screen.
