Data Services

Listed below are special services related to data.

Data Transfer

Need the data from a device transferred to another device? No problem! Whether it's a USB hard drive, an SSD from a MacBook with a proprietary connector, or a floppy disk -- and no matter how many devices -- we can transfer the data to another device no problem.

We can easily perform data transfers from hard drives (SATA and IDE), solid state drives (SATA and M.2), CDs/DVDs, 3 1/4" floppy disks, Zip disks, Lenovo X1 Carbon SSDs, MacBook SSDs, SD/MMC/MemoryStick/Olympus xD/SmartMedia cards.

The data may either be transfered to your own device (if it has enough free space) or storage media available for purchase.

CDs, floppy disks, Zip disks, SD cards, flash drives, etc.: $10/device
Hard drives, solid state drives, computers, iOS/Android smartphones/tablets, etc.: $20/device
Older phones, game consoles, and all others: $30/device
Bulk discounts available for large quantities of devices

Data Recovery

Accidentally formatted your drive and lost all of your data? Corrupt partition table? I can sift through the drive to try and recover your data! Just bring your drive over and we'll let the algorithm do its job!

For more advanced data recovery, we have partnered with SalvageData to provide data recovery for physically damaged drives or other advanced data recovery needs. Simply schedule an appointment with Cyberdragon, or use our referral link to get started!

Cyberdragon, LLC and its partners are not responsible for the loss of personal data, as it is the customer's responsibility to maintain up-to-date backups of their data.

Data Destruction

Giving your old computer to someone else? Got a hard drive with sensitive data on it? Whatever the reason, we can wipe the data clean from your device. Using the US DoD 5220.22-M 3-pass method or the Secure Wipe feature built into SSDs, we make sure that the data is gone forever and can never be recovered again, even by data forensics. If the data wipe ever fails, the device is physically destroyed.

For customers who need it, digitally signed wipe certificates are generated when applicable, and may be printed out or emailed upon request.

Price: $10/storage device (bulk discounts available for businesses)
